Haven Mental Health Solutions was founded as an intentional feminist practice with the belief that care work deserves respect and fair compensation. From day one, Haven was built to challenge the systems in mental health that undervalue clinicians, especially women and women of color, and to redefine what an ethical workplace can look like.
