My Story
Hi I am Adriana!
I am a fully licensed clinical social worker (LMSW-C) with professional experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish across private practice and community mental health settings. I work with adult women across the lifespan, and I strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally inclusive space where every individual feels seen, respected, and accepted for who they are.
My primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, trauma, abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, generational trauma, women’s issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress management. I also welcome individuals who may be struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, or imposter syndrome—particularly those who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to meet expectations, take care of everyone else, or feel like they are never quite “enough.”
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, recognizing that your experiences, culture, identity, values, and relationships all play an important role in your healing journey. I am trained in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrate grounding techniques and mindfulness to help promote safety, emotional awareness, and connection.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can slow down, be honest about what you are experiencing, and explore who you are without fear of judgment. My goal is to walk alongside you—not tell you who you should be—as you work toward greater resilience, confidence, self-compassion, and overall well-being.
Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, feeling stuck in patterns of people-pleasing or perfectionism, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you along the way!
