I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments for adult women (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My expertise lies in helping individuals whose mental health struggles impact their relationships, providing insight into emotional and behavioral patterns. Together, we work to strengthen boundaries, deepen self-awareness, and foster lasting change. My approach helps you navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
In our first sessions, we'll focus on what's currently bringing you to therapy and begin to build a foundation of trust and understanding. As our work evolves, we’ll go deeper, uncovering the underlying dynamics that influence your thoughts and feelings. My practice is unique in that I often work with my clients long-term, creating a supportive space for continued personal growth and healing.
