Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept and are In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cigna and Evernorth.

Yes. 
Our session fees are:
 • $175 Intake (first appointment)
 • $155 Follow-Up (follow-up appointments)

Do you work with children?

No. Younger children often do best with in-person therapy, where interactive and hands-on approaches help them engage and feel supported.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
