Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions are offered online through a secure telehealth platform, allowing clients to receive care from the comfort of their own space. In therapy, you’ll work one-on-one with a therapist to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, build coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges at your own pace.

We commonly support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, postpartum challenges and relationship abuse.
Anxiety
Anxiety is more than occasional worry or stress. It involves persistent, excessive fear or apprehension that can interfere with daily life. People with anxiety may experience restlessness, rapid heartbeat, difficulty concentrating, irritability, or avoidance of certain situations. Common types include generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and specific phobias.
Depression
Depression is a persistent low mood, loss of interest or pleasure, and reduced energy that affects daily functioning. It can impact sleep, appetite, concentration, and motivation, and often leads to feelings of hopelessness, guilt, or sadness that are difficult to manage without support.
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, focus, impulse control, and activity levels. Individuals may have difficulty organizing tasks, following through on responsibilities, managing time, or regulating emotions, which can impact work, school, and relationships.
Trauma
Trauma results from experiencing or witnessing distressing or life-threatening events. It can leave lasting emotional, physical, or mental effects, including heightened anxiety, flashbacks, difficulty trusting others, or challenges with emotional regulation. Healing often involves creating safety, processing experiences, and building coping strategies.
Grief and Loss
Grief is the natural response to losing someone or something meaningful, including loved ones, relationships, or life circumstances. It can involve a wide range of emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, or confusion, and affects people differently. Therapy can help individuals process these feelings and find ways to adjust to life after loss.
Relationship Issues
Relationship issues encompass challenges in communication, trust, intimacy, boundaries, or conflict within romantic, family, or social connections. These difficulties can cause stress, frustration, or emotional pain, and therapy can provide guidance in improving understanding, connection, and healthy interaction patterns.
Pregnancy, Postpartum and Early Motherhood
Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood can bring emotional shifts, identity changes, and body image challenges. Many people feel pressure to meet unrealistic expectations while adjusting to physical changes during and after pregnancy. Therapy provides a compassionate space to explore these experiences, reconnect with your body, and feel more grounded during this major life transition.
Relationship Abuse and Trauma (Domestic Violence)
Domestic violence occurs when one person in a relationship uses power and control to harm or dominate another. This may take many forms, including emotional abuse, physical violence, sexual coercion, or controlling behaviors. Survivors often carry feelings of shame, confusion, or self-blame—none of which belong to them. Therapy can support survivors in reclaiming their voice, strengthening boundaries, and rebuilding trust in themselves and others.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain process distressing or overwhelming experiences. When memories are not fully processed, they can continue to impact emotions, beliefs, and reactions in the present. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements—to help reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories, allowing clients to heal without needing to relive every detail of the experience.
