My Story
I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) providing telehealth therapy to adults across Michigan. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward healing and growth. My work is grounded in a client-centered, wellness-oriented perspective, with the belief that each individual is the expert of their own life. I approach therapy through a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, recognizing the importance of identity, lived experience, and the impact of relational and systemic factors on mental health. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relational trauma and C-PTSD, life transitions, identity development, parenting challenges, and adoption-related experiences. I am also passionate about working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide affirming, respectful care. My approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and somatic-based interventions. My style is warm, grounded, and reflective. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding your experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and building tools to navigate life more intentionally. As someone who has personally explored identity and belonging, I bring a level of empathy and openness to this work that allows for meaningful connection and insight.

Working with me is a collaborative and deeply supportive experience. I prioritize creating a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self—without fear of judgment.
