My Story
Finn (they/he) believes in creating an open, curious, and nonjudgmental space where people can explore the messy and meaningful parts of being human. As a queer, trans masc, neurodivergent sex therapist, Finn brings both professional training and lived experience to their work, offering deep care and appreciation for the complexity of stress, life transitions, and the stories we carry.
In sessions with Finn, you can expect a collaborative approach that centers your expertise in your own life. Together, you’ll identify strengths, explore and challenge unhelpful patterns, and build practices of self-compassion. Humor, authenticity, and curiosity often weave into the process, alongside an honest recognition of anger, grief, and the weight of societal expectations.

Finn enjoys working with people navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, polyamory, ethical/consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+/queer/trans experiences, sexual exploration, kink, anxiety, and self-compassion. Their practice is intentionally body-positive/neutral, sex-positive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and affirming of gender exploration. Finn is committed to dismantling systems of oppression, particularly anti-Black racism and white supremacy culture, and holds these values as integral to healing work.

Finn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating other approaches to meet each client’s needs and comfort level. They hold a Sexual Health Certificate with a focus on sex therapy from the University of Michigan and are a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
