My Story
I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) providing telehealth therapy services to clients across Michigan. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as self-pay clients. I am passionate about offering accessible, compassionate mental health care through a virtual setting, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort of their own homes.

I have extensive experience working with children and families through my role as a school social worker, where I have supported clients with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. While much of my professional background has been focused on children and school-based services, I am intentionally expanding my clinical work to support women—particularly those who are pregnant, postpartum, or navigating the transition into motherhood.

As a wife and mother, I understand the emotional, mental, and identity shifts that come with growing a family. I am especially interested in working with women experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum life, and motherhood. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and enjoy working with clients long-term, creating space for deeper healing, growth, and connection.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. I am excited to continue growing my telehealth practice and supporting women through some of the most meaningful and challenging seasons of their lives.

I am currently accepting Michigan-based clients via telehealth.
