My Story
I am here to support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from acceptance & commitment and mindfulness, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ and providing affirming, inclusive care. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, major life transitions, and neurodivergence.
I strive to create a compassionate, welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported. I value
authenticity, compassion, and even the healing role of humor in building connection and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they explore new possibilities, develop coping skills, and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic to them.
